A Second Infrastructure Charrette Paper Published

The second Infrastructure Charrette, late last year, once again brought together business and council officers and members from across Hertfordshire.

It facilitated debate around different parties’ motivations for working in this field, and asked participants to consider, discuss and rank the key building blocks of civilisation. These exercises enabled the group to identify transport and fulfilling work as predominant and initial issues to focus on moving forward.

It is hoped that these events provide a useful forum, and may make a valuable contribution to how Hertfordshire identifies and delivers the infrastructure it needs to meet the challenges of the twenty-first century with success.

We have put together a short paper outlining the output from the Charrette, which can be downloaded here. We hope this is of interest, and will be happy to receive further feedback.
