Church Lane saw the development of nine new one and two bed flats on a site previously occupied by three low quality houses. Using features consistent with Old Hatfield’s image alongside modern techniques and high quality materials, we have vastly improved what was historically an unattractive street. Importantly, we have also increased the number of properties available, while ensuring they are all sizeable and enjoyable places in which to live. This demonstrates our philosophy that density can go hand in hand with quality of life, and does not have to result in high rise blocks.
The development was completed in 2015 and remains a point of pride for us, demonstrating many of the characteristics which will inform our future developments.
